‘Rust’ Armorer’s Family Starts GoFundMe to Finance Appeal: “Justice for Halyna Does Not Mean Justice for Hannah”

The family of Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $100,000 for her appeal in the accidental shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Gutierrez-Reed faces up to 18 months in prison and is represented pro bono. Supporters, including former ambassador Edward Romero and NBA coach Mike Brown, have written letters to the judge on her behalf.
