NBC Play-by-Play Announcer Mike Tirico Lives In Ann Arbor, Michigan With His Loving Family

Mike Tirico the sportscaster is best known for his role as an NFL play-by-play announcer. From 2006 to 2015, he was employed by ESPN’s Monday Night Football. He currently fills in for Al Michaels on NBC’s Sunday Night Football as the NFL play-by-play announcer.

When his contract with ESPN expired in the summer of 2016, Mike left the network after 25 years and was subsequently hired by NBC Sports.

Since then, he has served as the network’s primary golf host after making his NBC debut during the 2016 Open Championship.

The sportscaster was given the Marty Glickman Award for Leadership in the Sports World by the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2017.

Mike Tirico Has Two Children: Cammi & Jordan

Mike Tirico and his wife, Debbie, have two children that are Jordan and Cammi Tirico.

His daughter was an Eagle and went to Skyline High School for four years. Tirico is currently an eagle, seeking to expand her self-discovery and increase her level of personal freedom.

She was successful in learning to fly independently at Skyline and has since left the nest, free to follow her passions and dreams and plot a course for a successful future. For her first year at Northwestern University, where she studies journalism and global health, she moved to Chicago.

Throughout her four years at Skyline, his daughter received ten varsity letters. Cammi took full advantage of everything the high school had to offer, including being the editor of The Communicator High School news magazine and being a member of Skyline DECA, and she graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

During the “off-season,” Cammi also worked as a YMCA coach and summer advisor.

Mike’s older son Joran, a true leader on and off the field who was as tough as he was talented, was a truly outstanding soccer player at Skyline. Joran left the game because he wanted to study at Stanford.

Debbie and Mike Tirico have been wed for more than 30 years.

In October 2012, during a football game that was live-streamed on ESPN, his wife was recognized as a LetterWinners of Distinctions honoree.

She graduated from Syracuse in 1989 and played women’s basketball for four years. Debbie achieved academic success, graduating from Syracuse University’s School of Management with a Bachelor of Science.

Later on, Debbie graduated with an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She currently collaborates with a number of non – profit in Ann Arbor. The Tiricos have resided there since 1999.

The former athlete was born and raised in Michigan, where she excelled as a basketball player in high school before going on to Syracuse.

In 2010, Mike revealed to the Detroit News that he and his parents had moved to Ann Arbor in order to be nearer to Debbie’s parents.

She excelled in two sports and was a softball player at Trenton High School in Trenton, Michigan.

Maria and Donald Tirico welcomed Mike into the world in New York City.

When Donald and Maria divorced when he was around four years old, he claims he lost touch with his father’s family.

He grew up in Queens with his mother’s family and graduated from Bayside High School.

Mike received his degree from the S in 1988. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. He was the first Syracuse student to receive a Robert Costas scholarship.

The sportscaster seems to value his mother more than his father. He hasn’t talked much about his father in the media yet, but he has credited his mother Maria with helping him succeed.

Because of Maria’s love and care for her son, who grew up to be a fine gentleman who respects others, her son had a wonderful mother who took good care of him.
